Ismail Ali, founded Alié Moisture in 2019. Frustrated with the limited options available for textured hair, Ismail invested 3500 SEK from part-time jobs and built an award-winning haircare brand.

Please note, due to health, sanitary and safety reasons we do NOT accept any returns.

*For cancellations, your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

*NOTE: We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been Shipped.

To initiate a cancellation, please contact customer service via email at Support@aliemoisture.com. Refunds will be reimbursed back to the customer who placed the order. Credit card payments may take 3-7 business days to process for a refund.
