General Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Aliemoisture.com. We offer worldwide shipping to most countries via Postnord for domestic transit and DHL for international transit. 

*Due to the impact of the COVID-19 , order processing times may be delayed. After your order has been placed we start processing it during 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You should also receive a confirmation email during the process. It is then shipped via PostNord or DHL shipping service. International shipping may take up to 10-25 days to be delivered.  

*Dear shopper, have your tracking number available for updates or contact your local Postal carrier for specific details and status updates after your order has shipped. In this way we reduce dissatisfaction. 

*ALIÉ MOISTURE’S business days include Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders processed on Friday after 3pm (EST) will continue processing on the following Business day.

*International Customers:

*The purchaser at Aliemoisture.com is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply to the purchase. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from the customer.

*It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the country but also the local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by them. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery.

*Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Alié Moisture due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the purchaser, or if the customer was not present for the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges as well as the redelivery cost.

*Alié Moisture is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the purchaser.

NO refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

*Lost or Stolen Packages

*Alié Moisture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Alié Moisture’s customer support will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate the issue.

It is up to the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. 

*Damaged & Missing Products

It is possible for items to shift in transit, as well as for wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling by the post office. Contact us immediately via email with photos of the damages and necessary information to support your claim. We will be happy to assist you.
